Are you a versatile and exceptional Medical Assistant/Certified Medication Aide looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our cutting-edge worksite health clinic in Omaha, NE. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care to individuals seeking immediate medical attention. This is your chance to showcase your expertise in family/clinic medicine and deliver outstanding service to our clients. Responsibilities - Front and Back office Receive and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, check-in patients, update patient records, etc. Prepare patients for examination, take vitals, and record patients' health history Administer injections and medications, and perform routine specimen collection and tests Assist provider with medical procedures and exams Prepare equipment and examination rooms, and clean instruments Check-out patients, assist with referral processing, and arrange laboratory services Qualifications Completion of an accredited medical assistant certification program preferred. MUST be a Certified Medication Aide. MUST have strong phlebotomy skills. Prefer at least 2 years of experience in Front and Back office responsibilities. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
