Symphony Pointe, an Agemark Senior Living community, is hiring an On-Call Medication Aide to support our residents across day, evening, and overnight shifts. Our residents are fun, engaging, and truly make each day meaningful. If you enjoy caring for others and want the flexibility of an on-call schedule, we'd love to have you join our team. What You'll Do Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans Accurately document medication administration Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns to nursing staff Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members Help create a caring, supportive environment for everyone in our community What We're Looking For Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification or other required Nebraska medication aide credential Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Strong communication and basic computer skills Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed Why You'll Love Working at Agemark Flexible On-Call Schedule
