Join Our Team as a Medication Technician/Aide (MNA) - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus! Are you a Medication Technician/Aide (MNA) looking for a fulfilling opportunity in healthcare? Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Medication Aide Certification Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience or 2 years as a Medication Aide Strong knowledge of medical and pharmacological terminology
Key Responsibilities:
Administer routine medications (oral, inhalation, and topical) under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Monitor residents for any adverse reactions and report concerns to the nurse. Document medication administration according to facility policies and procedures. Follow written and verbal instructions regarding medication management. Observe and document residents' condition changes in compliance with healthcare standards. Perform vital sign checks , medication dose calculations , and stock medication carts as required. Maintain safe handling and storage of medications at all times. Respond to resident requests and assist with direct care duties as needed.

Treat all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion . Follow facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations . Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
