Qualifications :
Previous experience with Medication required Strong attention to detail Ability to work with senior population Basic math skills Previous experience as HHA or other Health care setting a plus. Computer experience with medication administration platforms a plus. Must be able to read and communicate clearly and proficiently.
Responsibilities:
Assuring the right medication is given to our residents, at all times. Reconciliation of inventory , receiving and ordering prescriptions Tracking of medication records and related information. Tracking historical data. Work with staff and residents in a kind and observant manner. Work with other members of the team to assure resident's concerns are addressed.
