Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Purchasing Coordinator to support our Long-Term Care Pharmacy operations. This role is responsible for ordering medications and pharmacy supplies, monitoring inventory levels, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products to support patient care.

Responsibilities:

Order medications and pharmacy supplies from approved vendors Monitor inventory and prevent shortages Maintain purchase records and resolve order discrepancies Coordinate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff regarding medication needs

Qualifications:

Experience in purchasing, inventory, or pharmacy operations preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Basic computer and Excel skills Experience with Kinray, McKesson, Amerisource preferred

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 6 AM to 2:30 PM with flexibility and holiday rotations

Pay:

From $37,440.00 per year
