Certified Medication Aide Northrise Wellness & Rehabilitation Las Cruces, NM Job Details Full-time 7 days ago Qualifications Certified Medication Aide Full Job Description Objective Administers prescribed medications and treatments as defined by state regulations to residents and maintains related medical records under supervision of Nurse Supervisor. Principal Responsibilities Administers prescribed medications and treatments as defined by state regulations in accordance with approved techniques and notes time and amount on resident's chart. Verifies identity of resident receiving medication and records name of drug, dosage, and time of administration on specified forms and records. Presents medication to residents and observes ingestion or other application, or administers medication, using specified procedures. Performs any miscellaneous work assignments as may be required. Qualifications Certified as required by state law. Previous experience in long-term care preferred Schedule is Thursday-Sunday 8hr or 10hr shifts
