Medication Aide - Dublin Post Acute Dublin Post Acute is currently seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medication Aide to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring our residents receive medications safely and accurately while maintaining the highest level of care.

Dublin Post Acute Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Accurately document medication administration in the electronic medical record Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report concerns promptly Assist nursing staff with resident care as needed Ensure compliance with all state regulations and facility procedures
Qualifications:
Current Medication Aide certification (required) Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to work as part of a team Reliable with a strong work ethic
