Certified Medication Aide (CMA) - Full-Time | Skilled Nursing Facility Are you detail-oriented, compassionate, and passionate about resident care? Join our skilled nursing team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and play a vital role in ensuring safe and effective medication administration while supporting our residents' daily needs.

$18.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Accurately document medication administration and report any concerns or changes Observe residents for side effects or adverse reactions and notify nursing staff as needed Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, person-centered care Maintain a clean, safe, and organized medication cart and work area
Qualifications:
Active CMA certification (state-approved) Current CNA certification preferred (or required, depending on state regulations) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused mindset Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus Why Join Our Team?
