Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aide to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide the highest level of care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with resident assessments, maintaining medical records, and performing various clinical tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations, experience in caregiving, and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Take and record vital signs accurately. Maintain and update patient medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide caregiving support in assisted living environments, including dementia care Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Utilize electronic health record systems such as PCC for documentation. Support patients with developmental disabilities by providing compassionate care and assistance. Experience Certified Medication Aide is required. Previous experience in caregiving or assisted living settings is preferred. Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA compliance is essential. Experience working with individuals who have dementia is a plus. Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and basic clinical procedures is necessary. Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly Epic, is desirable. Pay:
$17.48 - $19.00 per hour
