Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely administering medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. You will also monitor residents for any medication-related reactions, document administration, and report concerns to nursing staff. Duties Administer prescribed medications to residents following proper procedures. Accurately document medication administration and resident responses. Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions. Assist with daily living activities and provide compassionate care. Communicate with nurses, residents, and families regarding medication needs. Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and storage area. Experience Valid Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification. Experience in a long-term care setting preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare staff. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Pay:
$17.00 - $19.50 per hour
