Months Location:
Oklahoma City, OK Requirements All health care staff shall be required to complete the ODOC online training prior to coming to the facility. The time spent in the training session will not be billable to the ODOC. The ODOC online training provides required in-service training documents for temp medical suppliers to work at any ODOC facility. The online training is 16 modules, and a link will be provided for registrations to awarded suppliers. Documentation of completed training shall be provided to the facility Nurse Manger prior to assignment of a temporary health care personnel.
Education and Experience :
Education and Experience required at this level consists of one year of experience in providing patient care.
Special Requirements :
The Oklahoma Department of Corrections requires current certification in good standing by the Oklahoma State Department of Health as a (CMA) Certified Medication Aide for all levels of the Patient Care Assistant job family.
Preferred Qualifications :
The Oklahoma Department of Corrections prefers current certification in good standing by the Oklahoma State Department of Health for Glucose Monitoring and Insulin Administration.
Pay:
$17.00 - $26.00 per hour
