Iris Memory Care of NW OKC is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Certified Medication Aides (CMA) to join our team. If you love what you do and want to work somewhere that truly feels like home — for your residents and for you — we'd love to meet you.

Sun-Thurs 3-11 CMAs Sun-Thurs 11-7 CMA Tue-Sat 11-7 CMA
PRN ALL SHIFTS
  • CNA and CMA Rate of Pay:
    $17.00
  • 18.50/hour (CMA) and $16.00
  • $16.
50/hour (CNA) Pay is negotiable based on experience. Priority given to candidates with memory care experience. About Our Community We're a freestanding memory care assisted living community with 48 residents, conveniently located off the Lake Hefner Parkway on N MacArthur Ave near NW 122nd. Intimate enough that every team member truly knows every resident. All of our residents live with Alzheimer's or another form of dementia, and as an age-in-place community, you'll care for residents across the full spectrum of the disease. Smaller team, bigger impact. What You'll Do You'll provide hands-on, compassionate care that helps our residents live with dignity, comfort, and joy every single day. Administer medications accurately and in accordance with physician orders and community protocols Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care, dining, and mobility Support residents with life enrichment activities and social-recreational programming Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean, comfortable, home-like environment Monitor and document vital signs and monthly weights Offer emotional and physical comfort and support to residents and families Uphold each resident's dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality at all times What We're Looking For Active listing on the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry (required) Current Certified Medication Aide certification (required) High school diploma or GED required Minimum one year of experience working with older adults preferred Experience in memory care or with dementia residents strongly preferred At least 18 years of age Genuine warmth, patience, and compassion for those living with memory loss Reliable work history — consistency matters deeply to our residents Ability to meet continuing education and certification requirements for your position Why Iris Memory Care?
