Schedule:
Med Tech Full-Time, Swing Shift (2:00pm
  • 10:30pm)
  • Assisted Living Full-Time, Day Shift (6:00am
  • 2:30pm)
Memory Care What You'll Do:
As a Medication Technician, you'll play an essential role in supporting resident health and safety.
Daily responsibilities include:
Administering prescribed medications and treatments accurately and on schedule Monitoring, documenting, and reporting changes in residents' health or behavior Performing delegated tasks such as blood sugar testing or insulin administration (as assigned) Maintaining proper storage and management of medications Taking and recording vital signs Communicating with nurses, physicians, and pharmacies to ensure continuity of care Acting as a leader and point person during your shift, including responding to emergencies Maintaining a clean, organized medication room and accurate documentation Collaborating closely with caregivers and other team members to support resident well-being What We're Looking For Minimum age 18 Previous experience in a Med Tech role A passion for serving seniors and making a difference every day Strong communication and leadership skills Previous Med Tech experience and familiarity with EMAR systems Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand /walk up to eight hours per day Must be able to lift/push up to 50 pounds. Must be able to lift, stand, bend, squat, crawl, reach, and kneel using good body mechanics for sustained periods of time.
