We're currently seeking empathetic, dependable, and passionate Caregivers to join our team and help create a nurturing environment for our residents living with memory loss. As a Caregiver, you'll provide personalized care and support to a small group of residents (typically 10-12), helping with daily activities, companionship, and emotional support. You'll be a vital part of their day, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and cared for. This is an excellent way to grow your healthcare skills and learn from the best in resident care as you continue your education. Schedule:
Work 4 days on and 2 days off schedule.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Be a
Patient Advocate :
Actively assist nursing staff with direct patient care and respond to resident needs.
Ensure Accuracy & Safety:
Meticulously manage medications, transcribe doctor's orders, and monitor for drug interactions.
Keep Things Running Smoothly:
Handle crucial administrative tasks, including ordering medications and supplies, and communicating with doctors and families.
Collaborate and Report:
Partner with nursing staff and leadership by reporting any discrepancies to the Director of Nursing.
Monitor Vitals:
Take and record residents' vitals, and assist in resident care emergencies as needed.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED CPR certified, Food handlers' certificate CNA/HCA certified One (1) year experience, preferred.

Employee Referral Bonus Program Tuition Assistance Payrate:
$19.50-$22.00 per hour
