The ideal candidate will be responsible for safe administration of all perscribed medications and treatments as listed on the Medication Administration Record (MAR) and Treatment Administration Record (TAR), provides personal care services and general nursing care to residents as needed and allowable under PA Code 2600, ensures delivery of care and services to all residents in the community to include Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), room cleanliness, scheduled activities and dining services, and individual service plan needs of each assigned resident.
