Certified Medication Technician (CMT) We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dedicated to providing quality care and supporting residents in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications to residents as directed and in accordance with facility policies and state regulations. Assist residents with daily care needs and provide support to nursing staff. Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse. Maintain accurate medication records and documentation. Ensure residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Requirements:

Active CMT certification. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication procedures carefully. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Must be compassionate and committed to excellent resident care.
