Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and ordered by licensed nurses Monitor and report any adverse reactions to medications or treatments Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident responses Assist licensed nurses with vital signs, blood glucose monitoring, and insulin administration Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with mealtime, including serving and feeding residents as needed Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including disposing of waste and keeping living areas tidy Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements:
