Job Description
Seeking a fulltime medication aide position Mon-Friday 2pm-10pm, Also PRN always needed. Administer prescribed medications to residents/patients Measure and record vital signs when required Observe patients for reactions or side effects Document medication administration accurately Maintain medication carts and supplies Assist residents with daily living activities if needed Report changes in patient condition to nurses or supervisors Follow safety, infection control, and HIPAA procedures Ensure medications are stored properly High school diploma or GED Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program Current Medication Aide certification/license (requirements vary by state) CPR certification may be required Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration
