We are hiring an experienced Med Tech / Medication Aide for our senior living community. This role is for someone who takes the work seriously, cares about residents, and can handle medication responsibilities with focus and professionalism while working under RN delegation and community procedures. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced with medication support in senior living, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do As a Med Tech / Medication Aide , you will support resident care through medication assistance, documentation, communication, and hands-on resident support when needed.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with resident medications according to RN delegation, physician orders, company procedures, and applicable requirements Accurately document medication assistance using digital MAR/eMAR systems Monitor residents and report changes in condition, behavior, appetite, mood, or medication response Communicate clearly with the RN, leadership team, caregivers, residents, and families as appropriate Maintain medication safety, organization, and confidentiality Follow proper procedures for medication documentation, timing, storage, and reporting Support residents with ADLs and personal care when needed Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment Work as part of a team that treats residents like family What Makes This Job Better $17-$18 per hour Weekly pay $0.50/hour overnight differential Full-time and part-time available All shifts currently open Digital MAR/eMAR systems RN delegation and support PTO for eligible employees Health insurance for eligible employees 401(k) for eligible employees Paid training Bereavement pay Stable schedules Smaller community feel Opportunity to grow within the care team Who We're Looking For This role needs someone who can be warm with residents and sharp with details. You may be a good fit if you are: Experienced as a Med Tech, Medication Aide, or medication assistant in senior living, assisted living, memory care, or long-term care Comfortable using digital MAR/eMAR systems Accurate with documentation Calm under pressure Dependable with attendance and punctuality Able to communicate clearly with nurses, caregivers, residents, and families Willing to assist with resident care and ADLs when needed Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents safely Available for rotating weekends and rotating holidays Experience Prior Med Tech experience is required. Experience in assisted living, memory care, senior living, or long-term care is strongly preferred. This position works under RN delegation and community procedures.
