Responsibilities:

Administer medications to patients under the supervision of licensed nursing staff Perform designated treatments and care activities as prescribed by the care plan Maintain accurate records of medication administration and treatment outcomes Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences to develop and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote a positive and supportive care environment

Qualifications:

Current certification as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in the state of Texas High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or higher education preferred Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment About the
