YOUR IMPACT AS A MEDICATION TECH

You'll play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate, high‑quality care. In this role, you will: Administer medications and treatments under nursing direction Support residents with dignity, privacy, and respect Document medication administration and report condition changes Provide basic treatments (simple dressings, skin care, etc.) Assist residents with personal needs while promoting independence Complete additional delegated tasks from nursing leadership

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time All shifts available- AM, PM, Swing, NOC

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Current Caregiver or CNA Certification Med Tech certification Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist with resident transfers Willingness and desire to work with senior residents A respectful, empathetic, and dependable approach to care
