What You'll Do Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately Document all medication administration and report any changes in resident condition Work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or delegating nurse. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Complete and renew required Maryland Board of Nursing certification Follow all state regulations and facility policies regarding medication administration Report and document any incidents or medication errors promptly What We're Looking For Certified Medication Aide certification in good standing High school diploma or equivalent One year of hands-on experience as a CMA—ideally in a vibrant healthcare setting.
