In this key leadership role, you will assist the Resident Care Director in coordinating the overall operations of the Wellness Department. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, overseeing daily wellness activities, supporting quality care initiatives, communicating with residents and their families, and ensuring smooth day-to-day department operations. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and committed to fostering a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff. This position may also include routine Caregiver/Med Tech duties , providing direct resident care, medication assistance, and other daily support tasks as needed.
Position Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in certified (CNA or HCA) Caregiver / Med Tech Role- Exemplary internal and external communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Gets along well with others, does not show favoritism, no gossip, and is able get along well with a diverse group of people
- Exercises Good Judgement at all times
- Embraces Village Concepts policies and procedures

- Certified & highly proficient in care and medication tasks
