Full Job Description Position:
Full-Time & Part-Time Available Are you a compassionate caregiver who enjoys building meaningful relationships with seniors? We are looking for a dedicated Medication Technician/Caregiver to join our memory care team. This role is much more than passing medications—you will play an essential part in providing hands-on care, companionship, and support to our residents living with dementia. Responsibilities Administer medications safely and accurately according to state regulations. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers. Provide compassionate, person-centered dementia care. Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding when needed. Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition. Accurately document medications, care provided, and resident observations. Engage residents in activities and meaningful interactions throughout the day. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and leadership to provide exceptional care. Qualifications Current HCA, CNA, or NAR certification preferred. Medication Technician experience preferred (training may be provided for the right candidate). Experience working with seniors or individuals with dementia is a plus. Reliable, compassionate, dependable, and a strong team player. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely.
