Requirements:
Must be able to read, understand, and accurately follow medication instructions and resident care plans. Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and medication safety. Must have reliable attendance and punctuality. Must be willing to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as required. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be compassionate, respectful, patient, and professional when working with residents. Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position, including assisting residents with ADLs and responding to resident needs. Previous caregiving/ Med Tech Assisted Living, or Memory Care experience preferred Must be able to read, understand, and accurately follow medication instructions and resident care plans.
