Arcadia at Lookout Ridge - Assisted Living Arcadia at Lookout Ridge is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Medication Technicians to join our clinical team. We are currently hiring for on call day, evening, and night shifts. Medication Technicians play a critical role in ensuring safe medication administration and supporting residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
Requirements:
Current CNA or HCA certification in Washington State (required) Ability to obtain and maintain Nurse Delegation certification (Employer support available for delegation certification) Strong attention to detail Accurate and timely documentation skills Professional communication Reliable attendance and punctuality
Responsibilities:
Administer medications safely and accurately under nurse delegation Complete medication documentation in compliance with state regulations Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly Assist with ADLs as needed Collaborate with nursing and leadership teams
