What You'll Do Provide resident care according to approved care plans Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care Administer medications accurately and safely Follow all infection control procedures Maintain proper documentation, including vitals Report any violations of the Residents' Bill of Rights immediately What You Bring Completed CNA course and current state license Completed Medication Aide course and successfully passed certification test Strong communication skills
