Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregiver - CBRF Assisted Living Caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong commitment to helping others, particularly in assisted living and memory care settings. As a Med Passer , you will be responsible for administering medications accurately and timely, while also assisting residents with daily living activities to ensure their safety, dignity, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately administer medications in accordance with physicians' orders and facility protocols. Maintain detailed and up-to-date medication administration records (MARs) . Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Observe, document, and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition. Support residents with mobility needs, including transfers and the use of Hoyer lifts when needed. Help with serving meals and assisting during mealtimes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Provide compassionate care to individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, or developmental disabilities. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain resident confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
Experience in caregiving , assisted living , or a similar healthcare setting is preferred. Medication administration experience and familiarity with medication protocols required. Certification or training in medication administration (e.g., CMA or equivalent) is required. Ability to recognize and respond to changes in residents' conditions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Physically able to perform lifting, transfers, and other mobility assistance. $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
