Job Summary:
- We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Medication Aide to join our Assisted Living Facility.
Duties:
- Administer tube feeding and medication following prescribed protocols
- Provide personalized care to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist in memory care and dementia care for patients
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) and offer compassionate assistance
- Engage in caregiving activities to address the specific needs of patients
Experience:
- Prior experience in home community care, acute care, or related healthcare settings
- Proficiency in tube feeding, medical terminology, and medical documentation
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities and memory care patients
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients while gaining valuable experience in various aspects of medical care.
Pay:
