Your responsibilities include:
Administer medications according to physician orders and state regulations Observe residents for medication effectiveness and potential side effects Accurately document medication administration Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team Provide compassionate care while promoting resident dignity and independence Respond promptly to resident needs Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and leadership to provide exceptional care We're Looking For Someone Who Has a compassionate heart and positive attitude Is dependable and accountable Enjoys working as part of a team Has strong attention to detail Communicates professionally with residents, families, and coworkers Takes pride in providing outstanding resident care Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Current Medication Aide certification (as required by state regulations) Current CPR/First Aid certification Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care is preferred but not required Join Our Team At Shores of Sheboygan, you're more than an employee—you become part of a team that truly cares about one another and the residents we serve.
