Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate AMAP - Approved Medication Assistive Personnel - to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. As an AMAP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe administration of medications and supporting the overall well-being of our patients. Duties Administer prescribed medications to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. Record and maintain accurate documentation of medication administration. Assist with vital signs monitoring, ensuring timely reporting of any significant changes to nursing staff. Provide compassionate care and support to patients, fostering a positive environment that promotes their dignity and comfort. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Maintain cleanliness and organization within medication storage areas, adhering to safety standards.
