Job Description
Working with a female member who has an intellectual and developmental disability (IDD). Job Responsibilities Teaching daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, hygiene) Helping with money management and budgeting Supporting communication and social skills Assisting with job readiness (resume building, interview practice) Guiding time management and organization Supporting emotional regulation and decision-making Sometimes assisting with transportation training (using buses, etc.) Documentation Track progress and daily activities Report any concerns or changes in behavior/health
