POSITION DESCRIPTION
Student Aide

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Part-time Up to 20 hours a week. Compensation Arizona Minimum Wage
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide support to deparment and team. Assisting with records maintenance, filing, compliance reporting and other designated tasks.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
(essential functions) Provide general support for the School Site General clerical duties, including telephone use, faxing, filing correspondence, running errands on campus Data Entry, organization of documents, assist with copies request Assist with the maintenance of all central office Translates material and information for parents, students and staff. Helps to administer tests and assessments. Maintains files and computer records. Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Knowledge of general safety rules and techniques. Knowledge of district rules of conduct. Operate office equipment and MS Office. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others. Skill with verbal and written communications
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to perform the following physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation: critical sensory requirements include general vision, corrected to 20/20, hear or listen in the normal range (corrected) and speak and give directions clearly. Able to walk, sit, stand, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, lift (exerting force up to 50 pounds), carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 125 lbs.
