Job Description

Ro Health is hiring passionate Behavioral Health Paraeducators and Behavior Technicians to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year . This is a position that offers the opportunity to focus on what matters most: supporting diverse learners, while enjoying the flexibility and job variety that comes from working with an experienced staffing partner. What You'll Do:
Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 support to students with or without IEPs Assist with instructional activities, behavior redirection, and social-emotional development Support students with special education needs under the guidance of certified staff Foster a safe, supportive learning environment Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and agency supervisors

What You'll Need:
Associate's Degree or 60+ cumulative college level courses If you do not meet our education requirement, we will support you with obtaining necessary certifications Experience working with children, especially in school, camp, or care settings (preferred) Experience with behavior management (6 months minimum - required) Inclination to work well in a team environment Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented Benefits (eligibility dependent on employment status) : Paid time off Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401K with employer matching Direct deposit every Friday Single point of contact
