Specializing in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), we offer a groundbreaking approach to treating various psychiatric disorders. Our team is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive and innovative environment. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in administering TMS therapy, Spravato treatments, supporting our patients through their treatment journey, and maintaining the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities Administer TMS and Spravato therapy to patients under the guidance of our psychiatric staff. Monitor patient responses to treatment and report any concerns to the treating psychiatrist. Ensure patient comfort and safety during treatment. Maintain accurate treatment records and document patient progress. Assist with patient scheduling and coordination of care. Provide education and support to patients Maintain medical equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition for patient treatments. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
