Full-Time / Part-Time About Us Synergy Health 360 is a growing healthcare organization dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong interest in mental and behavioral health to join our team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and mental health evaluations. Diagnose and manage common mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines. Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment options. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). Collaborate with physicians, therapists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Active and unrestricted Arizona Physician Assistant license. DEA registration and prescriptive authority (or ability to obtain). Minimum 1 year of mental health, psychiatry, behavioral health, or related clinical experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience with telehealth services is a plus. Preferred Experience Outpatient psychiatry or behavioral health practice. Medication management. Telepsychiatry. Integrated primary care and behavioral health settings. Why Join Synergy Health 360?
