Job Description

About us: We are dedicated to transforming lives through advanced mental health treatments. Specializing in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy, we offer an extremely effective, non-invasive treatment for various psychiatric disorders. Our team is experienced, passionate, and focused on patient centered care. We are seeking motivated and skilled TMS Technicians to join our team. This role is pivotal in administering TMS therapy, supporting our patients through their treatment journey, and maintaining the highest standards of care. Training is provided. Key Responsibilities Administer TMS therapy to patients under the guidance of our psychiatric staff. Administer EEG recording sessions Monitor patient responses to treatment and report any concerns to the treating psychiatrist. Ensure patient comfort and safety during TMS sessions. Maintain accurate treatment records and document patient progress. Assist with patient scheduling and coordination of care. Provide education and support to patients about TMS therapy. Maintain TMS equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition for patient treatments. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Occassional coverage of front desk and clinic phone Preferred Qualifications A degree or certification in a related healthcare field is a plus (e.g., Radiologic Technology, Medical Assistant, EMT) Prior experience in a clinical setting, preferably in mental health or neurology. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (required) . A compassionate and patient-centric approach to care (required) . Ability to work independently and as part of a team (required) . $19 - $25.00 per hour for technicians Technicians who have are licensed counselors or social workers pay is: $30-38/hr Expected hours: 30-40 per week
