Job Description
Assistant Operations Manager Soar Autism Center - 3.9 Tucson, AZ Job Details Full-time $58,250 a year 21 hours ago Benefits Loan repayment program Health insurance Dental insurance Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Qualifications RBT Certification Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of applied behavior analysis (ABA) based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model. The Assistant Operations Manager (AOM) position is a great opportunity for current RBTs who are looking for leadership opportunities. The AOM will work in partnership with the Clinical Operations Director for our Orange Grove clinic. This is a great growth opportunity for an RBT looking to move into an operational role and gain some direct experience in that work. The role should prepare you well for additional opportunities and enable growth within Soar's operations. For the first 4-6 months, this AOM role will be an hourly position comprised of 25-50% of daily scheduling and 50-75% of RBT direct sessions. The hourly rate will be based based on your specific STNH pay rate. After the 4-6 month period when the center census supports it, the AOM role will become a salaried position at 58250.00/year.
