Are you interested in learning more about how the science of behavior can help students learn new skills and increase their independence? SPG Therapy & Education is currently hiring Behavior Interventionists (BIs) for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year! SPG was founded in 1989 by a Speech Language Pathologist seeking to improve the way students receive clinical support at school. What started as a group focused on speech therapy, has grown to include multiple disciplines, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)! As a multidisciplinary team our mission is to "empower remarkable change together." As a BI at SPG you can expect a comprehensive training and mentorship program, with weekly supervision from Behavior Specialists. With us you won't be facing challenges alone, you'll have the support of our team of clinicians to guide you. Salary:
$24.00
  • $27.
00 per hour, depending on experience and education. Regular salary reviews and increases available
Responsibilities:
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans Work with students using ABA to manage behaviors of concern and increase skill acquisition Collect data Support teachers and staff with implementing student specific or classroom wide positive behavior interventions

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience and/or school based student support experience Ability to work with students in-person Fingerprint background clearance Tuberculosis (TB) clearance Reliable transportation to school sites is a critical requirement in order to effectively carry out the responsibilities of this position. As such, a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance may be required, particularly in situations where alternate modes of transportation are unavailable. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not a requirement Preferred
