This contract opportunity near Berkeley, CA allows you to channel your passion for education, encourage student growth, and play an invaluable part in shaping positive, engaging learning experiences. In this position, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers with instructional activities, small-group sessions, and tailored student support Offer academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assistance, addressing students' diverse needs Contribute to lesson preparations, organize classroom materials, and help implement teaching plans Supervise students during transitions and non-instructional times such as lunch and recess Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supporting holistic development and student achievement
Required Qualifications:
Completion of at least 48 college semester units or possession of an AA/AS degree Eligibility to pass background and fingerprint clearance Excellent communication skills, patience, and dedication to a student-centered approach
