Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or teaching assistant in a K-12 school environment is highly valued High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or completed associate's degree preferred Ability to assist students with diverse learning needs and adapt to various classroom environments Demonstrated patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times Capable of following teacher direction and school protocols effectively

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide instructional and behavioral support to students under the guidance of classroom teachers Assist with small group and one-on-one learning activities Help implement academic plans and accommodations as needed Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students Support students with daily assignments, classroom routines, and transitions Monitor student progress and document observations for the educational team Contribute proactively to classroom management and student engagement This contract position gives you a chance to make a positive difference every day.
