Mental Health Required Criteria:
WHAT our ideal candidate can do… Manage schedules of multiple providers in a busy Mental Health Office Work well under pressure Honor confidentiality (HIPAA) and maintain professionalism Create, maintain and enter information into Electronic Database Handle a high volume of incoming calls and other communicationsExperience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in Customer Service (Preferred)
- Knowledge of and experience in conflict resolution techniques
- Must have good customer service skills
- Must be able to work as a team player in a positive work environment
- Must be detailed and a fast learner
- Must be able to translate for Spanish patients (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Prior Authorizations, Psychotropic medications and , Medication refill process.
