What You'll Be Doing + Provide one-on-one and classroom-based support throughout the school day + Assist students in developing social, communication, behavioral, and daily living skills + Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of school staff + Use positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques to support student success + Assist with lunch periods, restroom needs, and diaper changes when needed + Monitor, document, and communicate student progress and behavior + Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, therapists, and families + Help create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment ?

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

+ Patient, compassionate, and passionate about helping students grow + Dependable, professional, and positive + Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing situations + A strong communicator and team player + Dedicated to building supportive relationships with students and staff ?? Minimum Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED + At least 18 years old + Current CPR/BLS certification + Ability to pass required background screenings + Reliable transportation + Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and actively support students throughout the day + Ability to lift up to 30 pounds + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements ? Bonus Qualifications + 2+ years of pediatric, educational, behavioral health, childcare, coaching, mentoring, or caregiving experience + CPI Certification + Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification + TB clearance (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray) + Bilingual skills or American Sign Language (ASL) ??
