Wellness Together, a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, partners with schools statewide to increase access to mental health services for students and families. By collaborating with universities and graduate programs, Wellness Together provides cost-effective "turn-key" social-emotional interventions on school campuses across California.

Monday-Friday, aligned with school hours
Location:
On-campus at assigned school site(s)
What You'll Do:
As a Mental Health Specialist , you will: Provide individual and group counseling to students Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans Offer crisis intervention and perform risk assessments Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners Lead mental health workshops for students, parents, and educators Maintain accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA & FERPA compliant) Attend triadic clinical supervision and ongoing professional development
What You Bring:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related fiel BBS registration in good standing (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) Experience working with youth impacted by trauma (preferred) Familiarity with CBT, ACT, and evidence-based interventions Ability to collaborate with school teams and families Fluency in a second language (preferred) Why Join Us?
