On-Demand Behavioral Health Specialist | $55+/Hr | Flexible Schedule! Make an Immediate Impact in Critical Moments. Are you a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) looking for a flexible, impactful role? Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking mission-driven professionals to provide behavioral health support for unaccompanied minors during surge operations and backfill needs in El Centro, CA.

ON-SITE Role Your Role:
Support When It's Needed Most Provide mental health support & crisis intervention for unaccompanied minors Conduct behavioral assessments & mental health evaluations to identify trauma-related symptoms Ensure child safety & well-being by monitoring interactions and assessing emotional distress Apply trauma-informed care strategies to help minors develop healthier coping mechanisms Collaborate with facility staff to ensure culturally sensitive, effective care Maintain accurate documentation & shift reports
Who We Need:
Master's degree or higher in Behavioral Health (MS/MSW/MA) Independent License (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) Strong crisis intervention & trauma-informed care expertise Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required Be the Support System They Need.
