This dynamic, travel-based role is ideal for someone adaptable, proactive, and passionate about helping students succeed. Why Join Us Daily Pay Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Paid sick leave, holidays, and vacation CEU/license reimbursement and tuition assistance Opportunity to work across diverse school settings and gain broad experience What You'll Do Support implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide individualized instructional assistance tailored to student needs (paraprofessional/ instructional aide) Travel to multiple school sites (30+ miles one-way) within the assigned region Respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT and/or CPI intervention strategies Supervise students during transitions, meals, transportation, and breaks (student supervision/ school support) Facilitate and engage students in recreational and educational activities Model and reinforce positive behaviors using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques Record and maintain accurate daily data on behavior, progress, and incidents (data tracking/ documentation) Communicate effectively with supervisors, teachers, and support staff regarding student needs and progress What We're Looking For Must Have High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable transportation DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background Clearance and TB Clearance Strong communication skills and reliable At least 18 years of age Preferred Experience in school or treatment settings Pro-ACT, CPI, and/or CPR certification Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques 1-3 years of experience working with students with behavioral or special needs
