Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Background in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies within a school setting Experience as a paraprofessional or aide supporting children with special needs Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families Patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet diverse student needs Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and data collection preferred

Core Responsibilities:
