GED Full Job Description Description & Requirements Description Now Hiring:
School-Based Behavior Technicians Start your day in the classroom and make a real difference—support students with autism as they learn, grow, and thrive. No ABA experience needed! Pay & Schedule $20.25.25-$23.00 per hour Part-time role School day hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM availability required Basic Requirements High School Diploma + one of the following: At least one completed college course Currently enrolled in college Associate's or Bachelor's degree Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance Passion for working with children (experience a plus!) Bilingual skills are a bonus Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children. What You'll Do Work 1:1 with students in a school-based setting using ABA (we train you!) Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills Be part of a team that loves the climb—showing up each day to support meaningful progress Collaborate with families, teachers, and supervisors Why Join
