Job Description

  • ?? Behavior Aide / Behavior Technician (K-12)
  • Make a difference in the classroom every day.
  • We're seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to work with students with behavioral and learning needs in K-12 school settings for the upcoming school year. Enjoy consistent weekday schedules and the opportunity to build meaningful connections with students and staff.
  • ?? Key Responsibilities
  • + Provide 1:1 or small group assistance to students + Follow behavior plans while encouraging positive behaviors + Collaborate with teachers and school staff + Help maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
  • ?? Schedule Options (Mon-Fri, School Hours)
  • Choose what works best for you: +
  • Full-Time:
  • ~30 hours/week (between 7:45 AM - 3:20 PM) +
  • Part-Time:
  • ~6 hours/day within school hours

    • Pay•Competitive, dependent on experience •?
    • Requirements
    • + High School diploma or equivalent + Must be at least 18 years old + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + TB clearance (if applicable) + CPR certification (if required)
    • Preferred:
    • + 2+ years of experience working with children or in a school/pediatric setting + Experience working with special needs populations is a plus
