• Behavior Aide / Classroom Support (K-12)
• Lodi & Stockton, CA Looking to build hands-on experience in education or behavioral support? This is a great opportunity to step into a school-based role where you'll work directly with students and staff in a structured, supportive environment. We are hiring Behavior Aides/Techs to assist students with a range of academic and behavioral needs across K-12 campuses for the upcoming school year.
• What You'll Be Doing
• + Work directly with students in 1:1 or small group settings + Support behavior goals by following individualized plans + Assist with classroom participation and daily routines + Partner with teachers and staff to support student progress + Help create a consistent and positive learning environment
• Work Schedule
• School-based hours, Monday through

Friday:

Full-Time:

~30 hours/week (within 7:45 AM - 3:20 PM range) +

Part-Time:

Up to ~6 hours per day

• Compensation
• + Pay is competitive and based on experience
• Basic Qualifications
• + Minimum 18 years old + High school diploma or equivalent required + Ability to meet all compliance requirements + TB clearance and CPR certification (guidance available if needed)
• Preferred Experience
• + Background working with children or adolescents + School, childcare, or behavioral experience strongly preferred + Experience with special education or developmental needs is a plus
